https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683329.gif it's finally here. i'll be gone to port aransas for teh weekend, so i can't install it yet. i also first need to have a brace welded to the DP and tap a hole for my EGT sensor.
i also need some new rubber hangy things to hold the exhaust, since my stock one's are either missing or cracked. also, the kit didn't come with a turbo-dp gasket, should i buy one anyway before i start putting this thing together? |
rb ehaust is soo beautiful, such fine sound.
you would probably be ok reusing your old gasket, theyre pretty tough. i reused mine and didnt have any problems |
yeah the stock turbo->dp gaskets last a long time.

I have pictures but can't find them right now - might have dumped em to a CD - if I find them I'll post them.
Question: Why is the y-pipe black? Is that new? The one on my car is as shiny as the other parts. |
more hp! duh
https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683785.gif i dont know, and i dont really care. no one will see it, unless my car is on jack stands, and even so, the rest of the exhaust will eventually turn that color from heat and dirt/road grime. |
yea thats a good way of looking at it (that sure is purty though)
