circuit breaker for the whole cars electrical?
never thought of that, I used to have a 100 amp Phoenix Gold one for the stereo, then I took all the heavy duty stereo **** out and took that out with it. I dont remember being able to attatch battery cable to it without using a smaller ring connector. |

I still owe Lee a pic of the headlight cover too... |
I just got a new set of battery terminal connectors. They were fairly affordable considering what some of the better brand names cost. The brand I have is Tsunami. They have two 0/1 awg and two 4awg connections on each terminal. Perfect for connecting all the (+) accessories you might want to run (ie CDI box, electric fan, etc...) and the negative terminal is great for all those extra grounds.
cost me $30 bones for both at a local stereo shop. check out www.partsexpress.com as well as crutchfield they have some stuff also. The more popular brands are Monster Cable, Phoenix gold, Rockford Fosgate, Stinger, Lightning Audio. |
thanks for the info, I'll start with the autoparts store, then go to a marine place. (they're right near each other)
