why not?

Well the summit one is junk IMO,and porbably won't fit in a storage bin. I would have gone with the the blue sealed box by moroso, but thats $100. Its going to cost a grip to for wiring, especially if you are going to ripp all the old junk out, which you should and replace it all. 2gauge is $5 a foot, 4gauge is 2.3ish a foot, you need like 15ft+ of each. I would put it in one of those storage bins if i were you, the passenger side one.. Nice thing about running the wires is, behind the passenger kick panel there is already a big hole to run the wires https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png So what you should do, is go by an audio place and buy all the wiring you need, then go on summit and buy a box.

instead of paying inflated prices at a car audio place, just go
to any good auto parts store,I think Home Depot might even sell the wire, any 2-4 gauge wire that is chemical resistant should be fine. I get it on spools from the marine supply place for the boats so trust me those car audio places are ripping you off for crap like that. |
