If this is messed up will it cause my tranny not to shift into 2nd gear? yes this is also what it sounds like to me, i just had mine rebuilt

If anyone needs an auto I have one. Rebuilt by ken miage sp? very low miles also a 3k stall converter. I'm doing a 5spd conversion.
