Hey i'm putting automatic trans. fluid in my engine, now I need to have the engine turn one third so I can get each rotor face, so with a wrench on the underdrivepulley do I turn it one whole turn???

you would likely be cranking it 180 degrees and alternating rotors.



Otherwise, if you are doing it one rotor at a time, it will be 360 degrees per face. rotors rotate 1/3rd the rate of the crank.



make sure you have both plugs out before you start, then using the wrench on the eccentric shaft bolt won't overtorque it, otherwise you will have to fight compression (assuming it has some).

bump the starter a bit perhaps?

I pulled the plugs and used my power steering belt to pull the engine around (it was pretty easy to turn) because the eccentric shaft pulley was hard to reach.

if I pulled on the belt, how will I know it went around far enough to put more in?

I used a funnel with a tube on the end, so you could see it suck or push air out, that's how I did it. I let it suck 3 times

the power steering pulley has 3 bolts holding it together, this neatly divides the 360 degree circle into 3. a little atf goes a long way

Iin any case, you can watch the crank pulley... The easiest would be to do one rotor at a time, and turn the crank pulley 360 degrees (full rotation) for every little bit of MMO or ATF. You will probably need a little tube or something to get it past the threaded holes... I picked up a small oil can with a long tube for like $10 @ napa, works great for this.
