Anyone recognize this HKS turbo manifold

This cast iron manifold has a strange flange for the wastegate if anyone has this or knows what flange this is so I can order what I need to install a wastegate.

Looks to be able to accept 2 and 4 bolt wastegates at 2 different angles.
