Rebuilding

Buy it on an as needed bases, it will be lots cheaper. As an example, you can get the std hurley seals/springs for $215 shipped. Get an internal o-ring kit from rotaryaviation for $150 and maybe an external gasket set for $35. That should get you new apex seals, oil 0-rings, water seals and all required O-rings for under $400. You should be able to get the corner seal springs and side seal springs for less than another 50.

until you start lookin at new housings and rotors then it gets pricey.
btw, you probably want to get the FD corner seal springs for your rebuilt motor... When I pulled the corner seals from my motor during teardown the FC springs were flattened and stuck in their place (doing absolutely nothing)... the FD springs are much more resilient and uprated than the FC springs.
