Ok, in the coming months, im planning to do a TII swap into my vert. Ive heard that the ecu for the N/A vert is different than the one for the N/A coupe. Is this true? What are the differences? Will i need to do some additional wiring, or retain the vert ecu as well as the TII ecu for stuff such as the power top?

Also, if i were to try to run an s5 13bt in my s4, what body-to-engine or body-to-ecu harnesses would be different and need to be changed?

since i dont know all the differences on ecu between s4/s5 all i can tell you is that when you do switch the top will still work. the ecu itself has nothing to do with it. I think that youll need body and ecu harness to do the s5 thing othersie youll run into problems however the specifics i have no clue on.

The 1988 vert ECU N338 is the ONLY NA ECU capable of runing the turbo motor properly just happend that way. You still need the TII AFM and pressure Sensor. This is only for S4 cars.

Use the NA Emissions harness you have now dont bother with the TII harness. Just exstend the BACV and crap no big deal like 2 wires.

Now since you want to run an S5 you got some probs. You need the pinout from the FSM and repin the ECU with an S5 TII ECU or you need to switch to S4 excessories on the S5 block. Or a stand alone. I suggest a stand alone.
