ok everyone, here is the scoop. yesterday, just out of curiosity i decided to put the original mass air flow sensor back on the car and see what would happen. i turned the car on and hooked up my tester to see if it would read the air flow sensor is bad, it didnt. everything was clear. so i started the car and it was idleing at 1700. higher than normally. i let it sit for a second, and then hit the gas a little to see what it would do.

it hit 2500, more than it ever has. so i layed into it a second time. it hit 3000 and had a bad miss to it, but wouldnt die. so my dad reved it up while messing with the tps, and it hit 8000 rpms after a little while. so we now know it will rev up. i shut the car off and let it sit for a minute, then started it agian. did the same thing and had the rpms between 5000 and 7000 for a little while. then all the sudden white smoke pored out of all 4 sides of the car. the most of it came from under the hood. i shut the car off and me and my dad found the source of the smoke.

the main cat was bright redish orange and looked like it was about to melt. so tomorrow that is coming off and the problems should all be fixed. thanks for everyones help. i really appreciated it.

So.... for all those who are still wondering, I did replace the cats, and still nothing. The car has now been in the shop for 3 weeks, and so far they cant find a damn thing wrong with it. He said one more week it should be done and running fine. after i find out whats wrong with it, i will definately post it on here so if someone else has the same issues.
