Is there a faq available telling how to remove the omp and cap the correct lines and what to do with the oil injectors IE. cap them , etc? I have my throttle body off to do the pd mod and the vac lines are brittle and dry and I know if I poke around I will break an oil line.

Its pretty much straight forward. Get a blockoff plate for the pump. Remove everything else and put some bolts in the oil injector holes. 10x1.25 for the holes I believe.

can I make the blockoff plate with aluminum and some tin snips? Also, on the bolts, do I use crush washers to seal the bolt to the manifold? Thanks for the fast reply too. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

PS- Can I just unbolt it from the housing and block it off or do you have internals to re\move,, driveshaft, etc.

You can just remove the pump. You can make it out of aluminum, just make sure its not too thin. Use loctite on the thread of the bolts that go into the housings..

Cool, I may give that a whirl this weekend and start using premix. Thanks for the information.
