'86 flooding problem.
 

First off I am new and this is my first car. My car gets flooded if I let it sit overnight or while I'm at work. I suspect maybe a leaking injector could be causing it? I've had to unflood it twice now and the second time it was so bad my plugs were soaked.

Leaky injector sound right? Any ideas if not?

Sounds very much like a leaky injector. Your two secondary injectors are right on top, and easy to remove/replace, but your two primary injectors are under the intake. Most people will recommend a place to send them to (I can't remember the name), but look locally, you might find a place that can have them back to you the same day (I did, it was great).

If you plan to remove the primaries yourself, there are some other things you'll likely need to address when you remove your intake manifold. I wrote this up for someone else (who has a series 5, yours is series 4), regarding the same topic. link I wrote this all from memory, so if someone else sees this, please correct anything you see wrong.

For a half-assed fix, you could install a fuel cutoff switch (handy for other reasons, but it's best to have your injectors cleaned). If you do that, while the car is still running, you flip the switch to turn off the fuel pump. The engine will die, and the fuel pressure will be relieved.
