THis one looks like the powersteering cpu or the security cpu. I can't tell cause the pic is so big. make it smaller.

i think you only need the last 2, the first one is either the security or the ps computer

You also need a 'Main Relay'

Where does that motor failure box go?Does the knock control plug in on the engine harness I dont see any extra harness connector that it would goto.

'79rx7 02-28-2003 12:10 AM

no those probably plug into the dash harness

Really? I wonder if I have to wire those up too?

Mainly wondering if and where those two go and if I need to custom wire them in.

If it helps any mine doesn't have any of those but it's not a turbo; so I'm not sure I would assume just the knock controller,

there should be a plug off the computer the dash harness one to plug into the knock controller. I would think anyway... If not

then I don't know I could always get the workshop manual again and find out

I have the haynes paper wieght.I should be able to see where it goes on the EGI diagrams.:DI just think that the knock control should be on the engine harnes and inline with the knock sensor.

That's what common logic would tell you but after doing the swap if you learn one thing it's that some of the wiring is so funny that if you can think of the

hardest, most expensive, biggest pain in the ass way of doing it; then that's probably how it's suposed to be... I will try to get the workshop manual,

because I think I'm going to have to rewire my fuel pump, with the open circuit relay and afm...
