FAQ section? This deffinately needs to be addressed right away. Have you thought to call PR and send them the pics to let them know this is happening? Maybe they can redevelope these and find a better way to secure them and possibly recall the old ones. Hope this is only an isolated case with a few sets. Maybe they just changed manufacturers and the manufacturer isn't building them quite to spec.

hmm, well i have these and will check asap, but the sleeve and the insert are both aluminum they sure can be welded in place then sanded some for the flow not to get affected.

I'll have to check mine too... I thought that was the point of the red loctite? I had a bad feeling though.. loctite is more designed for threads.

When I got mine, I called PR and asked how they should be installed. Whoever it was that I talked to told me to scratch up the bottom of the insert, and scratch up the contact point on the sleeve, and use red loctite. Before I did this, mine did not fit in such a manner that they could not be moved. They slid up and down freely.

judge ito has installed these he does not press them in he uses JB weld or something to make them stay in place. i'll ask him to post his experience on this

Hmmmm, strange stuff. Mine fit tight and pineapple told me also to use some red loctite to secure them in place. I'll have to check mine out one of these days.

would it be possible to secure it by putting 2 pins on the sides??
