What should i look for in the engine like a checklist of what normally goes wrong its in my e ccs cosmo.

I am pretty new to the rotor scene i know alot about my engine but you guys have been around them a lot longer than me.

allso whats the best bang for my buck in the cosmo i know exhaust give 60hp

but i think i will get huge brakes on there first like 6poters.

Simple answer is: Same as any other twin turbo rotary, cooling and all the vacuum lines on the twins. Simple solution; aluminum drop in or larger replacement radiator, and go parallel or single for the turbos and life's good.

Best bang for buck...that depends upon what you're looking for. Speed, stopping, handling, etc... ? Exhaust does not "add" horsepower, on turbo'd motors it simply frees up the turbo to spin more freely/quickly so you make more boost, faster, thus in turn adding more air to the motor. There are other factors to take into consideration as well, compressor efficiency, air temp both at the intake and manifold, pressure losses at the IC, which all lead to additional air temperatures, etc.

The quick and vastly oversimplified answer is:

Turbo-back open exhaust

Fresh air intake strategically placed where it will get cold fresh air

Boost controller

intercooler

Gauges (boost/vacuum, coolant temp, oil pressure, fuel pressure, EGT, and A/F for starters and the most important)

EMS system (Electromotive, Haltech, Wolf, etc)
