Waste of time...

For less money, you can get your own 20B with trans.

well lets discuss it what is it that makes the conversion so expensive?

The cost to have a low tech 20B E-shaft machined is about half of what you would pay for a complete, low mileage 20B.

how about a used 20b eshaft?. isnt there a place in ausie that will make u one?

come on guys. lets get creative here.

Guru in Austrailia makes aftermarket e-shafts for 20Bs www.rotorsportsracing.com sells them..

would still be cheaper to buy a low milage 20B than to try to frankenstein one.

Sort of like re-inventing the wheel, the origional seems to work just fine, why complicate things?

TEZTnTUNE 12-25-2004 08:58 PM

im not trying to reinvent the wheel here guys im just trying new things(for me). i think it would be fun to try. i have 2 completely dismantled 13bt engines. and a million extra parts around my shop and i wanted to try. i mean how hard is it really to put one of these things together out of stock parts?

Well, I'd give you high marks for wanting to learn abouth this stuff. An A for effort and all that. Keep at it. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png

thanx man. i know this topic has prolly been done to death but ive been trying to look up some solid info on this and i cant seem to find anything. i think we should all put any info we have into a faq or something. hell u never know some one might come out with a 2 rotor to 3 rotor kit from the info provided. then there will been a fleet of 3 rotor rx7s invading the globe and i will rule the world!!!! hahahahahahahaha!!!(insert evil cackle here.)
