Looking to replace my 14 inch aftermarket wheels with a set of 15 inch and 205/50 tires. Other than tirerack where can I find them? I know it is an odd bolt pattern. I had a hard time finding the 14 inch wheels (custom drilled Rikens) back in 1990. Also, it's been a while since shopping for wheels for the car, can anyone remind me of the bolt pattern and offset needed for 15 inch wheels. Thanks in advance.

I'd just switch to the GSL-SE hubs...then you can pick from damn near any wheel you want (plus you'll get disk brakes in the back too!)

Thanks for the input. As far as switching to the later hubs, I've had the car since 1989 (first car I ever bought) and want to keep it mostly original- other than the exhaust system which I put on almost immediately. Thanks a lot. Anyone have any pictures of wheels that look good on these classic RX-7's?

Check the FB/SA pictures archive (at the top of the 1st gen specific page). There's tons of cars with aftermarket wheels...though again, probably none of them fit on the base 1st gen hubs.

Just ran across this in another thread too.

convert the bolt pattern from 4x110 to 4x114. You can pick them up at WHEELADAPTERS@AOL.COM
