What do I do?!?

I have a 1982 rx7 12a and want to do a couple things to it. Most important I want to go from the steering box to rack and pinion. What do I need to do to get that done? The next is I need a side draft weber for it. Does anyone know where I can get one in decent condition for less than 300 dollars? Also a header for it. For now those are the most important things to me. Please help

I don't have any pictures or links , Front bolt on 1st gen lines up with s4-5 k frame rear bolt cut off level with rail ,mount k frame with f / bolts but loosely jack up rear of frame and there is 2 pointed studs that will leave an indent in bottom of rail , once this is done drill hole to suit this stud, also there is a lip on bottom of your rails some of this has to be cut off for k frame to clear, To mount rear of frame I use plates 6"x 3" x1/4 thick that are welded to k frame and then bolt through rail where the idler arm and steering box used to bolt to, is best to jack frame up with front bolted and rear hard up against bottom of rail sit plates on k frame mark holes where bolts have to go drill holes in plates first before welding bolt to rails then weld to k frame. that's the easy part .
Now the difficult part. the steering column will do this tomorrow need my work shop conversion files for some measurements to do this
