And sorry to say its not a kit.

He made the lights up himself using 12v household lights (i think if later changed them)

i made a kit like that for my pgt(probe gt), and im gonna make one for my 'se' also, its fairly simple, the only hard part is rigging the wiring for the headlights, and thats not even that hard, if you know how to use fiberglass, just make a mold out of your original housings, then cut holes for the headlights. fait

You can e-mail this guy and see if he is still making a similar kit.
