I searched for it and couldnt find it, but what would you need to do a tii swap into a fb? anything different then the swap to a 2nd gen n/a?

hmm, youll need a few things like a front cover and oil pan from a gslse. the engine should bolt straight up to the tranny. however a beefed T drivetrain is highly recommended.

and you get to use a stand alone ecu, wiring in a stock one is way more work than its worth

You'll need the front cover and engine mount from an GSL-SE, but you can custom make solid steel engine mounts. If you go with the T2 tranny, you will need a custom driveshaft. You'll need the wiring harness/ecu from T2 car. You'll need a fuel pump for fuel injection(GSL-SE pump is fine). You'll need a downpipe with a O2 sensor. If using a FMIC, you need to find the intercooler and custom make the piping. There's more I'm sure, just can't remember all we did to mine.
