You know the line that goes from the back of the block to the bottom of the cooler. Where it crosses the cross-member, it has that big sponge rubber pad on it.



Well this is what it looks like given enough time.



Yes it leaks rather a lot of oil that way.

when you put i back together, make sure you put a wrench on the adaptor fitting, its very easy to overtighten that and split the oil cooler.



nice thing is that its easy to fix the cooler, just a messy job

Well it's going again, you're not kidding it's a messy job.



That bracket that holds the oil hose above the crossmember, I've bent that up now so the problem shouldn't recur.
