listen to the physics of it all, sounds convincing

It doesnt convince me, It sounds like utter BS, just like those mufflers that somehow without added energy make the exhaust gas magicly flow more. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif

Go ahead and buy it if your conviced the product was made for you.

Turbonator FAQ

What is it?

A large hunk of metal that has nothing to do with forced induction.

How does it work?

Restricts airflow going into the engine.

How much more HP/gas savings can I get?

In reality probably <1, however you can get up to 35 psychological ponies if you close your eyes and concentrate hard enough.

Will the turbonator fit my vehicle? I have...

Sure, the turbonator will fit any vehicle. Other applications include lawnmowers, tractors, motorcycles, weedeaters, snorkels, bongs and milkshake straws.

Is it easy to install?

Yes. The 19 year old riceboy who works down the street put one on his Honda in less than 6 hours. It would have been done even sooner but apparently he was having trouble reading the directions. Luckily his 14 year old girlfriend had a good grasp on the english language and helped him out. Our instructions are just pictures now, no more words!

Where do I install the turbonator?

Anywhere you want, its not going to matter anyways.

Can I use more than one on my vehicle?

Yes we strongly encourage you to buy as many turbonators as you can. One of our employees has 5 in his intake and one in each fart can to help speed up exhaust flow.

Is it garaunteed?

If your not satisfied in 30 days you can send it back to us so we can sell it to somebody else. Return shipping and a restocking fee will be applied to all returned turbonators. Your turbonator even comes with a lifetime garauntee because hey, it only cost us like 5 bucks to make anyways.

Will the turbonator void my warranty?

No, but the mechanics at the dealership will rape you when they see you have one of these on your car.

Alright just having a little fun I have no idea if it honestly works. But seriously I doubt there is much of a gain of hp or gas mileage from that thing. It seems like it would restrict airflow more than anything, and they are comparing it to a paxton supercharger! I would rather spend 70 bucks towards some new sparkplugs and maybe a good set of wires.

only buy this thing if you have the funds to do a before and after dyno https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Shane.Trammell 01-27-2005 05:08 PM

no one else is dumb enough to buy one, YOU WILL BE THE FIRST ONE!!! seriously does that thing spin or anything? it looks like fan blades but nothing spins em

Shane.Trammell 01-27-2005 05:16 PM

also, if its just like an sc youd better make sure you get a boost gauge and maybe a boost controlling system of some kind
