Well,



We had a really nice time on Saturday with the

MRCCFL crew.



We had a Dyno Event, a BBQ, and a tour oss the SpeedSource shop which is building competitive RX-8's for Daytona!



I have a REALLY Good Video of my Car doing the Dyno runs, but I don't have a host that can support many users & high bandwidth.



Anyway - I did Three pulls.



1) Stock Wastegate Spring at 9 PSI = 270 RWHP

2) Boost set to 12 PSI (What I normally use) = 315 RWHP



It got a little lean at the top, so we decided to re-jet it for the higher boost runs for safety.



Then:



3) Boost set to 17 PSI = 370 RWHP.



All Done on a Holley Blow-Through system, on regular pump gas.



Here is the Dyno sheet with all three runs:

My tuner believes on C-16 (Race Gas) I could easily go to 23 PSI safely which should produce about 460 RWHP.

The side housings will fit any 13B from 86+. It's basically a 3rd gen Motor with restrictive exhaust sleeves and Large intake runners.

I can watch the video but I can't hear it :( Well I can hear the first 1/2 sec then it goes silent. Doh! Car looks good though! I should get mine to a dyno this summer...

Make sure you have the latest DiVX Codecs.

I downloaded 5.1 last night with the mp3 decoder thinking it would work for your video. SOB, I really want to hear that sucker.... Seeing it without the sound is like going to a stripclub blindfolded! ahhhh!

I love how the car sounds! Not so damn loud like mine. I liked the low boost pull the best because you can hear the compressor the most. It will be interesting to see if you can top 370 with the cosmo intake/haltech on it. DAMNIT I wish it wasn't 3 deg outside! You're killing me!
