These are some pic's of the recent engine that was installed into the 85 gsl. Its a 12a bridgeport, machined carburator venturies and drilled jets. There is also a FC front mount oil cooler being installed very soon. I was also given a sheet of expanded mesh that i'm going to do a one off custom grille. I also have my white face guages installed already as you can see from one of the last pics.

Question: Where did you get those white gauge faces from? Is it possible to buy them from a shop? Or do you have to have them on special order? By the way, 12-As are better blocks to work on in my opinion. They're the "Loud 'n Proud" of rotaries.

super7 07-10-2006 12:33 PM

i bought the guages on ebay for $1.00 shipping was 15. The factory modded nikki is gone in favor of a 48IDA weber carb. Also the half bridge i built is comming back out this fall i have my new 12A irons so the full bridgeport work begins. I have hopes of 200 rwhp now I'll post pics of it as i complete the work. the engine will be blue this time since the car is being painted 350z pearl blue.
