car has 149.000 miles, A/C , no power steering , it does need new brake pads though. What do you think ???

The -SE was dead, and had sat for 6 years, the first owner said it had overheated and was blowing white smoke out the tailpipe so he parked it, untill i bought it,,,car huals ass and is solid.
