Racer X 02-19-2003 09:11 PM

Racer X 02-19-2003 09:12 PM

drifter 02-19-2003 09:31 PM

I think he's put proper pipes on it now though. Still, plastic + engine heat = melty, melty.????

Really it doesn't look all that bad for PVC pipe. Now will it will last is another thing. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif

eddierotary 02-19-2003 11:06 PM

im planning to change those pipes soon. so i dont have to worry about melting. the car runs but doesnt stay on. the air temp sensor is bad and i try to use a turboII and the gslse ecu wont pic it up so im getting a sensor sometime this week and because some other things that was my mistake not put it in.

Actually the pvc would work as good molds for metal piping. Good job on your project man, turbo 1st gens are cool!
