Whats up guys,

I'm trying to install some tokico strut inserts, but how do the stock struts come apart to get the new inserts in..????? Do I turn the hex head OR do I have to do some cutting..???

there is a big nut on the top side of the strut cylender that needs to be unscrewed. then at the bottom of the strut there is a set screw that needs to come out so you can pull out the struts. some had the set screw some did not.

Kick ass! Yeah I saw the big hex nut, but I did not know if it came out for sure.. Thanks man!! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.gif

there will be a **** tone of oil comin out of the stock shocks just to warn you. it stinks too lol. but ya after you remove the nut carfully look for that set screw at the bottom. like i said some have it some dont , but morethen likly if its there it will have 30 years of dirt packed in the hole.. good luck
