my car is a 1981 rx7 with 12a(all stock).i recently bought a used manifold for weber IDA carb with a weber 48IDA fitted on.i'm thinking of having it fitted, remove the cat and use a straight pipe from header to muffler.i also want to buy a performance pacesetter or RB header and muffler.what would be the estimated horsepower for my application?

should i need a better fuel pump?

B.T.W.my car does not got an air-pump anymore.

well you might gain an extra 20-30 hp from the headers, carb, and manifold. and you will need an upgraded fuel pump.
