he corner of the carb that you put over the bolt on the manifold, broke off, and did it far enough to create a fuel leak.
the carb is less then 3 months old, just purchased from racing beat. im assuming they will refund, but ive not yet talked to them as they havent opened up this early in the morning. has anyone dealt with product damage and racingbeat customer service? if they dont replace or refund, how should i go about getting this fixed? thank you for all the help |
you may end up having to go through holley. maybe not though since racing beat has to do modifications to it
|
oh and how did it break off. did you drop it or something?

if thye dont refund it, i guess i can just use jbweld haha, or buy a new baseplate from a holley 600
|

problem fixed, the carb plate at the bottom broke..... its common with holley's apparently.
picking up a new one tomorrow morning. |
all is well now.
i got my hands on a used base plate from a holley 650DP just a little bit of machining and thats that, it will be on tomorrow morning, im expecting a bit more power due to the size of the bigger bore. |
