That would be a large Isuzu NPR IC, I forget the dimensions, but take not its not a perfcet fit, its kinda pain in the ass.

some companies can try and get you the ecu and harness. you just have to ask and wait...

The cosmo engines wont do you any good with the ECU, the ECU controls the automatic trans and several other things :(
