since im going the carbie route on my car, i wanted to know if i could get a good FPR and use the FI pump?

phinsup 07-16-2002 11:32 AM

My guess would be yes, I have swapped from manual to electrics on several applications... not the rx7, but fuel pressure is fuel pressure.

Just don't quote me on it LOL

Now if you ask me if you can use the FI pump from a FI VW on a carbed VW I can defientely say yes LOL

Yea I ordered the walbro from slava, should be worth the cash over the stock one!

I know with the Walbro, their instructions say the pump is for use only with rotary fuel injection systems? Just curious, which model did you pick up?

This is the fuel pump im using ...

well ****..click my links on my sig...it will push up to 110 gph ..and good up to 14lbs of fuel..Im only pushing 7 lbs for a 600 dbl pumper...Remeber a stock one pushes only 4///

I got my fuel pump for $120. but you can get it a little cheaper.AND they come with a regulator..

Only problem I have had with the fuel pump..is its kinda loud...but fuk it ..My whole car is loud..
