But the thing is I dont know **** about carburators=(....How hard is it to rebuid it or get a new carburetor? .....Thanks guys

Buy it, it runs buy it. You can flip it for at least a couple of hundred more or even sell it for parts. I'd do it, I paid 250 for mine and I daily drive it.
