My throwout bearing has begun to chirp, and now I need to replace it. The problem is I have an aftermarket, Centerforce clutch, stage 2 I believe. and I need to know if I can use a throwout bearing for stock clucth or not. I have a 1981 Mazda RX7.

You can, they are exactly the same, in fact I don't even think that centerforce makes a TOB.

any throw-out will work with any clutch as long as the throw-out is made for a specific car
