Alrighty, I bring back my car from storage and when it was in storage it ran perfectly.. when i get it home i strip the emissions and a/c.. i ended up fooking up 1 of the plug wires so i grab some NGK plugs and wires and said fook it and grabbed 2 MSD coils.. when i got it all installed i tried starting my car.. doesnt wanna turn over. i had it turned over once and running after 10000 trys.. then just died.. i re-read the emission tutorial hundreds of times seeing if i missed a vaccum plugs somewhere.. i have no idea whats wrong, ive done everything possible... i just figured, thats my luckkk :(

try putting the ignition back to stock and see if it makes a difference

when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth

maybe its flooded? pull the plugs see if they are wet?

12A RedSon 09-07-2005 09:30 AM

i had the same problem on my sa. it may be the starter. i know you think its not but it took me a week of trying things to finally believe it https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif took forever

ended up having it towed https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...O_DIR#>/11.gif and putting in a new one

rootbeerdragon 09-08-2005 03:49 PM

its not flooded, i already checked the plugs.. i even tried flooding it to see if it wasnt getting enough gas, but my ignition set up is so bomb it doesnt flood https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png hhaha.................. its not the started because it started 1 time... i honestly think its a vaccum leak becuz i did the emission remove kinda ghettoly..

you sure you have spark? fuel? lets start with the basics

rootbeerdragon 09-12-2005 07:28 PM

i have spark, the plugs are brand new not even a mile on them, and there is fuel coming in because i can smell it, also smoke coming out of the exhaust.

j9fd3s 09-13-2005 11:54 PM

its flooded, unplug the fuel pump and crank it until it starts

rootbeerdragon 09-17-2005 07:18 PM
