Hey Mike, do I really need to get the whole rear-end or can I just "upgrade"
my axle shafts to the larger bolt pattern? How about the front? Raul |
in the rear you need the axle shafts, rotors, calipers and maybe the brackets too.
in the front we have thought that the spindle is longer, but maybe you only need the rotors, and calpiers. on a stockish 12a i dunno the the gsl-se stuff is an upgrade, it adds a lot of wieght, my gsl-se is 200lbs more than my 12a mike |
I have disk brakes already too, I know I'd need new discs to fit the larger bolt
pattern though. would I need the rest in the back as well? Raul |
the 3rd member and axle housing is the same between all the rear disc cars. the caliper holder is prolly different out back, but it might not be, it might just be a different caliper. you can get either the front or rear caliper, i forget, off of an 86-88 4 lug car.

do you think it would be too hard to do a 5 lug conversion?
