Hi all,

I just bought 4 new tires today and was wondering if our cars get a front alignment only? I didnt get it yet as I wanted to hold off till I confirmed. I assume since its a solid rear axle that a toe set in front is the only thing that needs to be adjusted. Thanks

do a four wheel alignment. 2 wheel they'll get it back to factory specs, 4wheel they can tell you if your axle has turned and changed your drive angle. if it has twisted they can try to re-align the rear axle (expensive) or they can adjust the steering to follow the drive angle (cheaper but makes your car crab walk a bit on the interstate lol)

also pay attention when they do it because they jst have to get the numbers within specifications. if you're nice to the mechanic and ask him, he can try to math the camber from side to side. negative camber is good, positive caster is good, and toe depends on what you want to do with it. i prefer to 0 out the toe just to balance out the top speed handling and it's cornering abilities

i do alignments about 5 times a week in the steelership. there is no differance in set up between a 4 wheel and 2 wheel alignment as all 4 wheels need lazer heads on them. you cannot really do any alignment on the rear of the first gens and the front toe is setable aswell as camber and caster by rotating the upper strut mounts on the front shocks. i sugest goin with a 2 wheel to save yourself about 30 bucks though techs hate that lol i should know im in the catagory.
