Newbie here.

I have a 81 and wanting to get away from the wicked bolt pattern.

What parts will be needed to convert this thing to the 4 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern or poss. the 5 lug pattern.

I have also seen a post that the miata torson (?) diff. used the 4.30 ratio gears. Can these gears be swapped to my existing third member ?

This needs to be done as cheap as poss.

Thanks in advance. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683358.gif

i know alot of guys find junked gsl-se's and take out the rear-end and front suspension, thatll give you diff gears and your lug pattern. if your looking for actual lug converters, cpracing has some but there prices are kindof a joke, the cheapest i found was like $280 shipped i think

This in the FAQ, btw, but I'll at least give you the link to the website that has exactly what you need.

They prototyped this on my car.

i have some gsl-se front hubs and a gsl-se rear axle for sale, depends where u are at, if its too far from oregon it would be alot for shipping on the axle but the front wouldnt be too bad and its the 4 on 4 1/2 pattern u are looking for.

What else would be needed for the front swap ?

as far as i know its just a matter of bolting the hub to you lower controll arm and to the strut. its all the same except for the bolt pattern and the brake rotor and caliper is bigger and better.
