I was wondering what size CFM Holley 4bbl carb would be appropiate to run on a stock 12a with 7-10 psi?

Thanks,

Depending on turbo size I would say a 650 and RB manifold should do the trick.I you plan on a big ass turbo the just swap out the jets later on.

I've never built a turbo setup, but I'm thinking you'd only use a carb that big on a draw-through setup. On a blow-through you'd go with the same size carburetor as stock, right?

Atkins sells a 390cfm with their supercharger kits. The smallest there is 6 lbs boost. So it's probably enough. I've got a 390 on mine (no boost) and it sure bogs a hell of a lot less than the 600 I drove a while ago. I've barely tuned mine, either.

To be sure, if you want to go bigger try a 450cfm...

To me, the 650 is overkill, and you may never get it running perfect.

Just an opinion.
