I don't understand why more ppl don't do up 1st gens, I guess more people are interested in bling bling, and not going fast...

... i think it also has to do with a lot of people looking for things to be easy. you can find cataloged parts for FCs and FDs, but pretty much nothing for the SA/FBs. they don't want to put in the work required for what they get. suits me just fine though. i see enough Gen I's in the wrong hands as it is. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

Has anyone ever had an "easy" FB project?!

I have owned 2 first gens, and plan on moving to a FD very shortly... its just an overall better platform to start with. Sure they are heavier, and same with T2's, but you dont have the drivetrain issues to worry about.



That all said, if I had plenty of time, and tons of money, theres nothing Id rather have than a turbo FB. The FB will allways have a special place in my heart

Tokico struts and springs. Everything else has been a PITA.

I have a pic floating around of my install...wasn't easy...stripped a bolt that wasn't budging.
