know my question is, are all porting plates the same for 13B 12A engines?? And what is a half bridge and what are its pros and cons??

Do you mean the templates? If yes, then no, they're not the same. A half bridge is when you only bridgeport the front and rear housings, leaving the intermediate housing alone. You retain some of the low RPM smoothness of the stock style porting, but you don't get the top end of a full bridge. With a full bridge you'll also need 1 piece apex seals.

ahh, ok. so in your opinion what is the best set up for a quick NA street car. Id like it to have a tad of that distictive rotary sound.

You're probably better off with a big street port. I don't know anyone who has a template. You basically just want to extend the port upward.
