I got a free set of 17 Inch rims and I test fitted on the car in the air and with 255/45/R17 the rubber rubs on the spring the rubber bulges out of the edge of the rim so I know narrower tires it will fit but 1 thing I noticed that the rim spoke has mabey 1mm clearance from that little hump on the brake caliper under the mazda logo. Do you guys know if that can be filed down of should I get a spacer on the rim?

Ohh ! ! with what tire could I fit this rim?

According to the tire Size Calclator with 235/40/17 will fit. Put in stock tire size and enter the size I said and you will see it fits. You think it will really fit?

I ran 17" mustang rims with 225 front and 255 rear tires. No clearance issues at all.

ok after polishing up the chrome I see that they are 17x7 dont know the offset. What tire size is a good combo all the way around with these rims? I also think I will have to get a little spacer becuase of clearance issues with that little brake caliper hump, where can I get them at?
