Hello, I am new to this group but have been lurking for awhile as a guest.

I recently bought a manifold for a 13B turbo project. There are no markings on the manifold; I am hoping that someone will recognize it and tell me the name of the manufacturer. I have attached some pictures. Thanks for your help.

I was told that it was an HKS manifold, are you pretty sure that it is not?

HKS makes two cast manifolds one for fc's, one for fd's. That one is neither. It's homemade.

Well I guess that I got taken, I bought it off eBay from Right Hand Drive Japan, they have great feedback so I figured it would be OK. The add follows:

"You are viewing a used and GENUINE HKS Turbo (External Wastegate) Exhaust Manifold for the Second Generation FC3S RX-7 equipped with the 13B-T engine (86-91).

This item was used with a full single TO4E turbo kit (externally wastegated) by HKS.

The manifold is full-stainless steel and has many reinforced welds on the item to insure durability. The turbine flange is the T4 dual-port unit. This is compatible with the TRUST T77, T78, HKS/GARRETT TO4E, TO4R, TO4S, etc turbo setups. "

eBay Listing

Thanks for your help.

You didn't get taken.. it's a good looking manifold for a good price. Those look like clean welds, heavy tubing and good bracing. Who cares what brand.

Is the short tube that connects the wastegate runners just bracing or does it connect internally as well?

The short tube appears to be a brace, I don't think that it connects the wastegate tubes internally.
