Default Need advice on RX-8

So to begin with I have a 2004 rx-8, 6 speed manual with it reading 141,000 miles.
I bought it used from a Mazda dealership about a year and a half ago, they obviously didn't know what they were doing, it had problems starting after test driving, jumped it, I asked if it would be ok to drive home about 100 miles away, they took in back to get looked at, said it would need work later, they took half off the asking price. I drove it home, it was running really hot, about 30 miles away the dash lit up, gas gauge dropped to E, but was able to make it back and park at a shop before it died completely. Blown master fuse.

It had some starting problems when I put new gas in it, take a couple minutes then it started.

I added mishimoto radiator, fan shroud, thermostat, hose kit, invidia q300 exhaust, new water pump, belts, Black Halo Racing ignition system "coil packs, wires and plugs".

I parked it for a week then it wouldn't start, tried it a couple times Last attempt to jump it and it made a metalic whine. I tried it a week later still had power but turned the key and nothing. I had someone look at it and they couldn't figure it out, they recommend a dealer look at it.

Well it's been a month I took out the battery it tested bad got a new one and the security light is blinking now.

My best guess,
Flooded engine
Fouled spark plugs
Messed up starter and might need a fuel pump.
And the fob to unlock the car doesn't work just the key.
Any Mazda dealer is 100+ miles in any direction
Also got that letter about the air bag recall but can't get to a dealer.

More then likely you have a blown motor man, you won't know forsure untill you get a compression check. Mazda could of done you that favor and showed you compression numbers before letting you drive off with that car. But anything to get a dollar in today's world.

Your engine might be flooded right now which is why its not starting.

the 04 starters are crap to btw. Mazda had a recall on these first gen starters cause they just didn't have enough amps to get the cars started. It just took too much power to start. I recomend upgraded to an 07 starter like I did. Bolts right up no change in design at all just an amp upgrade.

so first things first get it compression tested.
