The car is located in Kissimmee/Orlando Florida. I am willing to ship, deliver, meet up if a deal is made.

---1990 GTU converted to 1990 GT-X---

I been tossing around the idea of trading my beloved RHD 2nd gen for an R100, Rx2, or Rx3. The only other car I would trade for is a 3rd gen, maybe. Although I'm kind of hoping no one takes me up on this trade offer. I might find a nice old school RX I could enjoy just as much as this car. The price would be around 8k for the car. Only selling so I can buy an old school car. So your normal low balling tactics will not work here...

I build cars as a hobby. This car has been my main project for a while now. But since I have basically completed the car as far as my plans went. I guess, I'm kind of bored with it now. I don't want to put a large turbo or anything else to it. It runs so damn good and clean I don't want to mess with it any further. Basically needs paint to be complete. or your personal touches to make it your own...

Has a long list of tasteful upgrades with countless hours of custom work and labor put into it. I am a certified welder and machinist. So the one off parts I made, are professionally done. Its been the most reliable car (piston or rotary) I have ever owned. If your interested in trading/buying the car I can supply you with hundreds of detailed pics and the list of upgrades/modifications that are done to it. I meticulously take care of this car. Pre-mixed along with the stock OMP oiling system. Oil changed every 2000 miles. I do the steam clean trick to the motor on every oil change. It is also water/meth injected to keep it clean and safe. I'm sure this motor looks brand new internally. Always starts on the first bump, even in 20 degree weather or 100+ degree weather.

Here's one shot of the car. Not the greatest, but you get the idea. This is a true "must see in person" car. I will post one picture for now. Maybe more later If I get some interest in the car. REAL interest. Not bored people wanting to see pics just because they have some extra time to eat up.

Just to be clear. This is NOT an imported car. It was born a LHD GTU. So it still has a US title (clean) and possesses a standard VIN as any US Rx7. There are no problems registering or insuring this car any where. I have it registered and insured and drive it anywhere with no fear of cops. Never been pulled over. Even with cops directly beside me and/or behind me.

The only real requirements of the trade offers is they have to be running, or almost running. I will not trade for a car that has parts of the drivetrain missing. I will accept street/strip, no interior, full interior, full race, daily driver, turbo, all-motor, nitrous, 12a, 13b, ect.... Whatever basically. Just be running ready for me to drive or race.

Also, I would be willing to drive or ship to meet up for a worth while trade. This car is very reliable and I have no problem driving it any distance if need be.

I can give you the long list of upgrades and all the pictures of the custom parts being fabbed on this car. Most of you know this car already. I have all kinds of pics posted on this and other forums throughout the web. A lot of work done to it is not posted though. I am always upgrading or making the car better in some way.

So, any takers!?!?!? I need a new project! I'm bored!!! lol...

If you are serious about finding a new project, I have an almost-running S5 N/A GXL with a 5 speed that I may be putting up for sale soon. Has a dent in the driver fender, a couple cracks on the lower part of the front bumper, and the radio needs a fuse. Other than that, the car DOESN'T run, but will spin over, is all stock, and needs an exhaust. the transmission shifts smoothly, I have had it running and driving, but it feels like it doesn't have all its power; maybe the aux ports are clogged up. Either way, I certainly need a running car. I'm Michael, and I live just south of Tallahassee.

Also, if you're not interested in a partial trade for mine, and if I can't find someone that wants to buy it, I want to get it running, and you seem to be very knowledgeable with these cars and may ask your assistance.

EDIT; Everything in the interior works except the radio and dimmer lights. Even the AAS works. Not a 2+2 either.

I'm gonna take a wild guess here and say this car is probably gone but the post is still up?
