what is the difference (if any) from the intake opening & intake closing between the primary's & secondary ports?

Can you set up these different or should they be the same, even though the primary port is physically smaller.

Should the opening edge of the Inlet (where it meets the runner) be knife edged? or should it have a radius?

So this port is superior on a street car, bc I've been told & read that stock ports achieve the most low end torque
