I am now offering synthetic cermamic coatings.

Thermal barrier coatings

Oil retention/attraction/friction reduction coatings

$15 per bearing- oil retention/attraction/friction reduction

$55 per oil pump-^^

$35 per exhaust sleeve- heat rejection

$300 for a set of rotors to be done- heat rejection on the combustion faces, oil coating for the 2 faces

$300 for both rotor housings to recieve a thermal barrier/oil attraction coating-also includes heat rejection for port/and area behind exhaust sleeve

$500 to have all 4 iron faces - oil retention coating

I also offer the heat rejection coatings for headers, turbo exhaust manifolds, turbine housings, and downpipes. The coatings are done inside and out and will not burn off like everything else available on the market. This coatings are not for looks, they are for performance. Heat and the expansion of gases is what spools turbos...

All the coatings are self clearancing, and leveling, motor clearances do not need to be changed

I am still in the R&D process for the coatings on the rotor housings/irons. The rest of the coatings do work, and will outlast the motor. I have even seen motors loose all oil pressure, and if immediatly shut down the bearings still look just like they were freshly coated, versus normal bearings are completly shot. I have also seen motors blown apart, and the thermal barriers coatings have not came off. A valve hit a piston that was coated on a 800hp drag car and the thermal coating did not come off, not to mention it already had 3 race seasons on that motor. We have also seen drastic reduction in oil and coolant temps on several of the motors we have done. I do know the bearing coatings and heat coatings do not wear off extermly quickly like most coatings on the market. I have seen a motor apart that had 6,xxx miles on it since it was coated, the coatings looked as fresh as when the motor was assembled, and it is making considerable hp on the street. On the dyno the coated motors accerlated much faster than non coated motors.

A few pictures of a recent motor:

PM if you are interested in having piston motors coated...

Question:

I have 2 rotor housings, was going to be cermet coated. and used in a high boost, high powered car.

THe rotor housings currently have some grooving, thought to be caused by oil starvation when the motor was running previously.

Will your coatings resurface them and "bring them back to new" or is it less of a resurfacing and more of just a thin coating which one fix slight grooving?

I am currently working on this. I have 2 rotor housings in the shop that have slight damage, and those are going to be the test bed.

The rotor housings pictured had been flaking off near the edges of the inner liner, those areas are now filled, and flush.

Yea i also had similar chrome flakings on the outer edges of the housings.

Once you test them please let me know, i can take digi pics of them so you can be sure as to whether or not your coatings would fix them.

Hi Sounds good :-)

Can the coatings be applied to custom aluminium end and center plates as yet?

If yes would they allow an aluminium end and center to resist wear and last

without additional treatment?

Regards

How much for a tubular exhaust manifold, two turbine housings and a DP?

$150 shipped per downpipe under 3" piping, no longer than 4"ft.

$220 shipped per turbine housings

$120 shipped per exhaust manifold

All done inside and out...
