Changed Interior To Black
#72
Looks GREAT!!! SEM is THE thing to use on interior pieces, plastic or otherwise. I've done several interiors
with it, and have always had good sucess with SEM. One major thing to remember. If you have EVER used
a protectant of any brand on your interior, the pieces must be taken out and washed with dish soap, and
wiped down with wax and grease remover on every single inch of them. Even the back side!! Always use bonding agent no matter how clean you think the part is, and spray the die in light coats. I've used cheaper dyes before, and without fail they have had shiny/dull spots. SEM makes a very unform factory style finish. It can be bought in spray gun form, which works better in my opinion. Scuffing works better with a scotch brite pad. The pad doesn't take off the grain of the vinyl, the bonding agent and SEM will fill in the scratches. Just sand lightly though, not hard pressure.,,,,BB
