WTF?

alright somebody please explain to me why he has a grill tank in the back of his car... I've never once heard of propane injection before... What is it supposed to do? I'm guessing some sort of power adder but Propane?

yea its like the god on diesels, but a rotary forum wouldnt exactly be the first place id ask.
