I have a 79 mazda rx7 and the carburetor is no good, so how would i go about swapping from the 83 mazda rx7 to the 79 rx7?

bolts right on.

save the 79 carb though, you may wanna rebuild it someday.

Like j9fd3s said bolts right up. Why dont you just rebuild it though? It just 30.00 bucks for the rebuild kit and takes a day, plus you will have the satisfaction of knowing you rebuilt it yourself. Check out www.sterlingmetalworks.com

the 79 carb ive heard is better from a performance stand point. I believe it has two mixture adjustments.

i wish i still had my car of my 79 it was for good for turbo charging,man i miss my car. yes i had a stock 12a until i kill her at 22 psi with a stock carb keep your carb bro
