Hey everyone, I finally have some time to post. Sorry about the absence, life was quite shitty the past few months.................................... Anyway...............

Here is the deal regarding Rotorfest. I simply do not have the time, or motivation like I did in the past to do this on my own. However, I don't want to see it die either. We have a good thing going here, and everyone here is a great group of people.

This is what needs to be done:
1. work out the arrangements for the track
2. order awards
3. getting the word out/advertising/promotion
4. getting sponsors
5. website
6. getting people to help on event day.

Thats about it. I would really appreciate if anyone wants to help make this possible. You have to understand that it gets more hectic than it sounds, and you have to be willing to see this all the way through.
I would be more than happy to help as much as I can. Past info, contacts, ideas, etc.
The website and domain are still up and running:)

I could probably arrange a location/track but it's just an 1/8th mile...and it's in VA,lol...Rotorfest has just always been a NJ thing, so I wouldn't want to take that away from it.

Website though...I could build/update that if needed. It's all I do on a daily basis for like 75 clients, one more couldn't hurt (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Im sure I can help with this, Im assuming one person will be needed to sign a contract with the track and give them payment ahead of time correct?

Then maybe another person can help with the awards, everyone can help with the advertising, and volunteers on the day are easy to come by.

That's something that would have to be decided by the person setting it up. Typically it's been June/July/August....

I would love to help out on the event day. Promotion is not really hard to do, just word of mouth, banners, avatars, website, etc. I can really only help in one way honestly. Work has been SUPER hectic lately.
