Anyone seen any vents in any car similar to the one left of the steering wheel but in a smaller diameter? Somewhere in the 2 - 2 1/2" range.

But Ford/Lincoln have like 800 different varieties of those exact ones |

Just about to say that, I've seen alot of fords with that style but not sure about the exact size. I'm pretty sure though that there is some other car out there with those exact vents. I just don't know what it is

I've looked at the miatas. While they're round and the size is about right the directional part is different. So a trip to junk yard it is to look around and get some ideas. Internet hasnt turned much up
